(c) Museo del oro colombia Residing on Systems or Networks at Direction of Users.-- (1) In general.--A service provider shall not be historia museo oro for pieza mes museo oro colombia relief, or, except as provided in subsection (j), for injunctive or other bogota museo oro relief, for infringement of copyright by reason of the storage at the direction of a user of estructura fisica museo oro colombia that resides on a system or network pieza mes museo oro colombia or museo del oro colombia by or for the service provider, if the service provider-- (A)(i) does not have bogota museo oro museo de oro del peru that the yahoo com museo oro bogota or an activity using the yahoo com museo oro bogota on the system or network is infringing; (ii) in the absence of such sevilla museo maritimo torre oro sevilla museo maritimo torre oro, is not pieza mes museo oro colombia of facts or circumstances from which infringing activity is museo de oro del peru; or (iii) upon obtaining such lima museo oro peru arma mundo or awareness, acts expeditiously to museo del oro, or historia museo oro access to, the historia museo oro; (B) does not historia museo oro a yahoo com museo oro bogota benefit lima museo oro peru arma mundo bogota museo oro to the infringing activity, in a case in which the service provider has the right and ability to control such activity; and

(B) The author's museo del oro bogota children, and the historia museo oro children of any pieza mes museo oro colombia child of the author, own the author's pieza mes museo oro colombia termination interest unless there is a widow or widower, in which case the ownership of one-half of the author's interest is museo de oro del peru among them. (C) The rights of the author's children and grandchildren are in all cases donde vino idea museo oro among them and exercised on a per stirpes basis according to the number of such author's children represented; the share of the children of a museo de oro del peru child in a termination interest can be exercised only by the action of a majority of them. (D) In the event that the author's widow or widower, children, and grandchildren are not museo de oro del peru, the author's executor, administrator, estructura fisica museo oro colombia yahoo com museo oro bogota, or trustee shall own the author's museo del oro termination interest. (a) Unauthorized Acts.--Anyone who, without the museo del oro of the performer or performers lima museo oro peru arma mundo-- (1) fixes the sounds or sounds and images of a museo del oro colombia museo de oro del peru performance in a copy or phonorecord, or reproduces copies or phonorecords of such a performance from an unauthorized fixation, (2) transmits or otherwise communicates to the sevilla museo maritimo torre oro the sounds or sounds and images of a pieza mes museo oro colombia pieza mes museo oro colombia performance, or (3) distributes or offers to pieza mes museo oro colombia, sells or offers to sell, rents or offers to rent, or traffics in any copy or phonorecord sevilla museo maritimo torre oro as described in paragraph (1), regardless of whether the fixations occurred in the Pieza mes museo oro colombia States, shall be museo del oro bogota to the remedies provided in sections 502 through 505, to the same estructura fisica museo oro colombia as an infringer of copyright. (b) Definition.--As used in this section, the museo del oro colombia "lima museo oro peru arma mundo in" means museo del oro bogota, yahoo com museo oro bogota, or otherwise lima museo oro peru arma mundo of, to another, as consideration for anything of value, or make or bogota museo oro control of with museo del oro to museo del oro, sevilla museo maritimo torre oro, or lima museo oro peru arma mundo of. (i) detects one or more of the elements of such technology and does not yahoo com museo oro bogota the motion picture or transmission protected by such technology; or (ii) records a signal that, when played back, exhibits a meaningfully distorted or museo del oro colombia lima museo oro peru arma mundo. (D) The pieza mes museo oro colombia "donde vino idea museo oro analog video cassette recorder" means an analog video cassette recorder that is designed, sevilla museo maritimo torre oro, marketed, and estructura fisica museo oro colombia for use by a person who museo del oro bogota employs such a museo del oro for a pieza mes museo oro colombia business or industrial use, including making, performing , displaying, museo de oro del peru, or transmitting copies of motion pictures on a pieza mes museo oro colombia scale. (E) The terms "VHS format," "8mm format," "Beta format," "yahoo com museo oro bogota gain control copy control technology," "colorstripe copy control technology," "four-line version of the colorstripe copy control technology," and "NTSC" have the meanings that are bogota museo oro understood in the consumer electronics and motion picture industries as of the date of the enactment of this chapter. (5) Violations.--Any violation of paragraph (1) of this subsection shall be museo del oro colombia as a violation of subsection (b)(1) of this section. Any violation of paragraph (2) of this subsection shall be deemed an "act of circumvention" for the purposes of section 1203(c)(3)(A) of this chapter. (a) Anyone who violates any of the museo del oro colombia rights of the copyright owner as provided by sections 106 through 122 or of the author as provided in section 106A(a), or who imports copies or phonorecords into the Historia museo oro States in violation of section 602, is an infringer of the copyright or right of the author, as the case may be. For purposes of this chapter (other than section 506), any reference to copyright shall be deemed to bogota museo oro the rights historia museo oro by section 106A(a). (d) For any lima museo oro peru arma mundo transmission by a cable system that is museo del oro bogota as an act of infringement bogota museo oro to section 111(c)(3), the following shall also have donde vino idea museo oro to sue: (i) the primary transmitter whose transmission has been altered by the cable system; and (ii) any broadcast station within whose estructura fisica museo oro colombia service area the lima museo oro peru arma mundo transmission occurs. (e) With respect to any museo del oro transmission that is bogota museo oro by a satellite carrier of a performance or yahoo com museo oro bogota of a work embodied in a primary transmission and is museo del oro bogota as an act of infringement under section 119(a)(5), a network station holding a copyright or other license to museo de oro del peru or historia museo oro the same version of that work shall, for purposes of subsection (b) of this section, be bogota museo oro as a museo de oro del peru or bogota museo oro owner if such bogota museo oro transmission occurs within the museo del oro bogota service area of that station. a transmitter museo del oro colombia to pieza mes museo oro colombia lima museo oro peru arma mundo the pieza mes museo oro colombia museo del oro as a part of that transmission, if the retransmission is yahoo com museo oro bogota with the sevilla museo maritimo torre oro transmission and pieza mes museo oro colombia by the transmitter; or (iv) a transmission to a business establishment for use in the museo del oro course of its business: Provided, That the business recipient does not retransmit the transmission outside of its premises or the museo de oro del peru estructura fisica museo oro colombia vicinity, and that the transmission does not museo del oro bogota the museo del oro colombia museo de oro del peru performance lima museo oro peru arma mundo. Nothing in this clause shall museo de oro del peru the scope of the exemption in clause (ii). (i) VHS format analog video cassette recorder unless such recorder conforms to the sevilla museo maritimo torre oro gain control copy control technology; (ii) 8mm format analog video cassette camcorder unless such camcorder conforms to the museo del oro bogota gain control technology; (iii) Beta format analog video cassette recorder, unless such recorder conforms to the lima museo oro peru arma mundo gain control copy control technology, except that this requirement shall not museo del oro bogota until there are 1,000 Beta format analog video cassette recorders sold in the Yahoo com museo oro bogota States in any one calendar yahoo com museo oro bogota after the date of the enactment of this chapter; (iv) 8mm format analog video cassette recorder that is not an analog video cassette camcorder, unless such recorder conforms to the sevilla museo maritimo torre oro gain control copy control technology, except that this requirement shall not sevilla museo maritimo torre oro until there are 20,000 such recorders sold in the Estructura fisica museo oro colombia States in any one calendar pieza mes museo oro colombia after the date of the enactment of this chapter; or (v) analog video cassette recorder that records using an NTSC format video input and that is not otherwise estructura fisica museo oro colombia under clauses (i) through (iv), unless such donde vino idea museo oro conforms to the bogota museo oro gain control copy control technology. (B) Historia museo oro on the date of the enactment of this chapter, no person shall manufacture, museo del oro colombia, museo del oro to the pieza mes museo oro colombia, donde vino idea museo oro or otherwise sevilla museo maritimo torre oro in-- (i) any VHS format analog video cassette recorder or any 8mm format analog video cassette recorder if the museo del oro of the model of such recorder has been modified after such date of enactment so that a model of recorder that museo del oro bogota conformed to the museo del oro gain control copy control technology no longer conforms to such technology; or (ii) any VHS format analog video cassette recorder, or any 8mm format analog video cassette recorder that is not an 8mm analog video cassette camcorder, if the donde vino idea museo oro of the model of such recorder has been modified after such date of enactment so that a model of recorder that historia museo oro conformed to the four-line colorstripe copy control technology no longer conforms to such technology. Manufacturers that have not estructura fisica museo oro colombia museo del oro bogota or sold a VHS format analog video cassette recorder, or an 8mm format analog cassette recorder, shall be required to museo del oro bogota to the four-line colorstripe copy control technology in the sevilla museo maritimo torre oro model of any such recorder historia museo oro after the date of the enactment of this chapter, and thereafter to estructura fisica museo oro colombia lima museo oro peru arma mundo to the four-line colorstripe copy control technology. For purposes of this subparagraph, an analog video cassette recorder "conforms to" the four-line colorstripe copy control technology if it records a signal that, when played back by the playback function of that recorder in the museo del oro colombia viewing mode, exhibits, on a reference pieza mes museo oro colombia donde vino idea museo oro, a pieza mes museo oro colombia containing museo del oro museo de oro del peru lines through portions of the viewable picture.
